Preparing the Pudding

Start by taking a half a pound of dark chocolate and melting it in a large pot. Melt it over low heat, so that it doesn't burn to the bottom of the pan. Stir it repeatedly to insure it breaks down into liquid form.

Put the chocolate to the side and whisk 1/2 cup of milk and corn starch in a separate bowl. Once you're finished, simmer equal parts milk, sugar, cocoa and salt to make about 1 1/2 cups of liquid.

Add your earlier milk/cornstarch mix to that mixture, boil, and whisk constantly. After one minute, remove it from the heat and carefully stir in the melted chocolate. Chill for several hours before moving on to the next step.

Preparing the Strawberries

Remove the green stem from the top of 16 strawberries. Cut the tops off four of the strawberries and slice the rest into 1/8 sections. Think of the first four strawberries as the stem and the sections the petals of a beautiful rose.

Putting it All Together

Spoon your chilled chocolate directly into dessert glasses. Now, arrange eight sectioned strawberries around the rim of the glasses to create a "flower" shape. Make sure they stick out evenly in the chocolate and outside of the glass.

Once you're done, place a larger, topless, strawberry in the middle to finish. Eat by dipping the strawberries in the chocolate.
