Kiwi is a delicious and versatile fruit, great as a standalone snack or as part of a recipe. But despite their flavor and many uses, kiwis can be frustrating due to their odd skin, which can make them messy and cumbersome to peel. If you're a kiwi lover, you've no doubt encountered some trouble in peeling the furry skin off of the delectable interior, and may have squished a kiwi or two in a vain attempt to remove the skin. If you've experienced this, you'll be happy to know that there's an easy way to peel whole kiwis  without any mess in just a few quick and easy steps.

All you'll need is a small, sharp pairing knife and a dinner spoon.

First, use the knife to cut the ends off either end of the kiwi; cut about one quarter of an inch off of either end.

Next, insert the spoon at one of the removed ends, placing it in between the fruit and its skin.

Circle the spoon around until the skin is completely separated from the fruit. Repeat this on both sides and simply slide the skin off.

Viola! Now you have an in-tact, delicious fruit to dice, slice, or enjoy any way you want. Try a kiwi sorbet, kiwi tart, or having sliced kiwi in your favorite yogurt. Healthy and delicious, kiwis are a great snack at any time of the day.
